Their brief: 'Think dark, moody, timeless. Demographic 30-45 upper class clientele. Luxury perks in budget friendly VRBO / Air B & B rentals. I like design that is modern, editorial and fashion forward. The homes will have a lot of back and white with marble, modern but timeless feel. Logo should easily transfer to clothing such as ball caps, slippers etc. Simple but fashion forward to reflect a recognisable symbol that is interesting and not just the shape of mountains or the letters in the logo. The logo should be able to be used with or without the words below it. Nothing too loopy or feminine.'
